Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition, with minimal signs of use, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@liftamus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return if they have been heavily used.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
