Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship to the European Union and Norway.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 7–12 business days

  • Norway: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.


Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders within the European Union, no additional customs charges should apply.

For Norway, VAT and import duties may apply depending on the order value and local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in case of issues.


Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
